We believe every entrepreneur deserves a trusted advisor who has walked the path before — someone who combines real-world experience with proven methodology.
Our story
Next Level Biz Guides was founded in 2017 by a small group of entrepreneurs and former executives who shared a common frustration: too many talented business owners were struggling in isolation. They had brilliant ideas, dedicated teams, and genuine passion — but they lacked the strategic frameworks, objective feedback, and accountability structures that separate thriving companies from those that stall out.
Our founding team had collectively built and scaled businesses across technology, professional services, manufacturing, and retail. They had also experienced failures — painful ones — and understood that the lessons learned from setbacks are just as valuable as the playbooks that drive success. That blend of hard-won wisdom and optimism became the DNA of our coaching practice.
Starting from a single office in Sherbrooke, Quebec, we began working with local entrepreneurs who needed more than generic advice. They needed someone who would sit across the table, listen deeply, challenge assumptions, and then help them build a concrete plan they could execute week by week. Word spread quickly. Within two years we had expanded our client base across Eastern Canada, and by 2021 our virtual coaching programmes were serving business owners from coast to coast.
Today, Next Level Biz Guides is proud to have supported over three hundred entrepreneurs and leadership teams. Our approach remains the same as it was on day one: deeply personal, rigorously structured, and relentlessly focused on results that matter — not vanity metrics, but the kind of progress that transforms both businesses and the lives of the people who run them.
Our mission and values
We exist to close the gap between where ambitious entrepreneurs are today and where they know they can be. Everything we do is guided by five core values.
Integrity first
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Honest feedback, delivered with respect and empathy, is the foundation of every coaching relationship we build. We hold ourselves to the same ethical standards we expect from our clients.
Client-centred approach
No two businesses are alike, and neither are our coaching engagements. We invest time upfront to understand your unique context — your industry, your team dynamics, your personal strengths, and the specific obstacles standing between you and your goals.
Results over theory
Frameworks are useful, but only when they lead to measurable outcomes. Every session, every exercise, and every recommendation is designed to produce tangible progress you can see in your revenue, your team performance, or your quality of life as a leader.
Continuous learning
The business landscape evolves constantly, and so do we. Our coaches participate in ongoing professional development, attend international conferences, and stay current with the latest research in leadership science, behavioural economics, and organisational psychology.
Community and collaboration
We foster a supportive community where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through peer mastermind groups and networking events, we multiply the value of individual coaching with collective wisdom.

Our coaches bring diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to your success.
